The British Conservative Association of Luxembourg was founded in 1988.
Our association is committed to supporting the Conservative Party in Great Britain and the broad centre right approach to political development in the European Union.
We work to:
- Provide a forum for discussion of political affairs and topics of current European, British and Luxembourg interest.
Our distinguished speakers regularly include Ministers of the Luxembourg government, Ambassadors accredited to Luxembourg, Members of the British Parliament, and Members of the European Parliament.
They speak to us over a private lunch or dinner and their address is followed by a short debate.
Receipts are provided for guests attending for professional purposes.
- Further the aims of the Party and to give our members the opportunity to support them, through our close association with Conservatives Abroad in Great Britain.
- Represent members’ views to the Party through representation to Conservatives Abroad in Great Britain.
- Encourage eligible British citizens in Luxembourg to register to vote, and to guide them through the registration procedure; develop links with like-minded associations within Luxembourg and abroad, where appropriate.
